ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy is one of the TV’s longest-running medical dramas ever. Currently the show is on its 14th season which means that they have successfully covered a long journey of 299th episode and today they will set a new bench mark by completing their 300th episode.
Over the years they have done a lot of improvement in the acting skills, worked hard on new cast members, fan-favorite couples and timeless storylines.
As of now, there are only four original stars remaining in the show which includes Ellen Pompeo, Justin Chambers, Chandra Wilson and Jim Pickens Jr. The whole series is the most liked drama amongst the adults belonging to the age group from 18 to 49.
The specially designed 300th episode which is going to be aired today has been titled as “Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story”, will be forecasting the show’s rich history.
While addressing to media, Krista Vernoff, co-show runner informed that they had a plan to pay tribute to the original cast, but they were not the part of the show any more thus they came up with an interesting idea of presenting patients in various conversations which was also a long time demand by the fans.
He also added that the full package is a combination of laughs, tears, fun along with some interesting songs and dialogues which will keep the audience focused.
According to Betsy Beers (exec producer) the story line of the entire series is unique where they have totally focused on women. With the help of the show they have tried to demonstrate that women are not less than men. They can do jobs, can freely roam around, can take challenges and can also support anybody during the time of need.
